Sprint
In agile project management, a sprint is a fixed period of time within which a development team implements specific tasks or a specific work product.
Stakeholder
German: Anspruchsberechtigter All persons or groups of persons who are directly or indirectly affected by the company's activities or have a legitimate interest in them are called stakeholders. Stakeholders can also be used synonymously. Examples of stakeholders are managers, employees, suppliers, customers, unions, associations, investors, competitors, etc.
Strategic sales management
Strategic sales management involves planning and coordinating strategies to achieve future sales targets. In this process, fundamental strategic requirements are defined from the overriding corporate goals, for example decisions on customer segmentation, the customer relationship strategy and the sales strategy. These decisions and strategies help to deploy all operational instruments in a targeted manner.
