It is my pleasure to present a first interview with our new family member after four weeks with the company. Chaplin, how was your first month as CRM Feel Good Manager at MP Sales Consulting GmbH? \ud83c\udf1f<\/p>\n

Chaplin, our new CRM Feel Good Manager:<\/em> Hello, Marcel! Thanks for the warm welcome. It's great to be part of the MP Sales Consulting team.<\/p>\n

Marcel Petzold:<\/em> We were all very excited about your first month as CRM Feel Good Manager. Can you tell us what it was like for you?<\/p>\n

Chaplin:<\/em> Of course, Marcel! My first month was really exciting and instructive. I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the world of customer relationship management and my tasks at MP Sales Consulting.<\/p>\n

Marcel Petzold:<\/em> That sounds fantastic! Can you give us an insight into what exactly your role as CRM Feel Good Manager entails?<\/p>\n

Chaplin:<\/em> Certainly! My role is about making sure our employees feel well looked after and valued. This involves not only effective communication, but also creating positive experiences throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Marcel Petzold:<\/em> That sounds like a really important role. Is there anything in particular you're looking forward to in the coming months?<\/p>\n

Chaplin:<\/em> Yes, definitely! I'm looking forward to working closely with our employees and using their feedback to make my services even better. We also have some exciting projects planned to further increase employee satisfaction - and implicitly our service quality in consulting.<\/p>\n
