It is...\" class=\"encyclopedia\">CRM system<\/a>e, automation, social selling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The job became faster, more complex - but at its core it remained the same: selling people to people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the next 10 years? Will change everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not step by step. But radically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the three biggest changes that are coming - and that you can't ignore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 AI is taking over research - but empathy is becoming a key factor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, salespeople spend hours researching. In the future? An AI will do it in seconds. But if you only rely on data and don't build real relationships, you will become irrelevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 The classic sales funnel is dying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers can no longer be squeezed into linear processes. They come via countless channels, make unpredictable decisions - and those who are not prepared for this will lose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Trust is becoming the new currency<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People no longer buy just because of product features. They buy from brands and people they know and trust. Those who don't understand this will be left behind by personal brands and community-based sales strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My personal conclusion?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technology is getting stronger and stronger - but in the end, the winner is the one who manages to perfectly combine humanity and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sales of the future is data-driven.
