WiredMinds pixel-counting technology
Our website uses the pixel-counting technology of WiredMinds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior. In this process, the IP address of a visitor is processed. The processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of collecting company-relevant information such as the company name. IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from further use (whitelist procedure). Storage of the IP address in LeadLab does not take place in any case. When processing the data, it is our particular interest to safeguard the data protection rights of natural persons. Our interest is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (f) DSGVO. The data we collect does not allow any inference to an identifiable person at any time.
WiredMinds GmbH uses this information to create anonymous usage profiles relating to visitor behavior on our website. The data obtained is not used to personally identify the visitor to our website.
In order to permanently exclude you from tracking by WiredMinds LeadLab on this website, a technically necessary cookie is set.
Google reCAPTCHA
At www.mp-sales-consulting.de the Google reCAPTCHA security tool is used to protect against misuse of web forms and spam. The goal of this measure is to distinguish humans from bots by observing their behavior. If the tool detects a bot, then the web form is blocked and thus abuse is prevented. For this purpose, a code embedded in the web page, a so-called JavaScript, is executed. Individual user input is not required, cookies are not set.
Personal data is neither stored by the responsible party nor by Google. So-called Google WebFonts are also loaded to run the service.
Scheduling and bookings
For the uncomplicated arrangement of appointments with #MP-Sales-Consulting the appointment booking service of Microsoft Bookings is used. The tool enables the booking of appointments. If you make an appointment with #MP-Sales-Consulting, Microsoft collects and processes data on my behalf.
These data are:

Microsoft is a US company. We chose this provider because, in our view, they provide the best service.
To protect your personal data, we use bookings with standard contractual clauses.

- Legal basis and legitimate interests: The data processing is based on our predominantly legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) in providing a stable and professional appointment booking system.
