Your tasks
- You advise our key customers on CRM (strategy, processes, system, reporting, derivation of recommendations for action)
- You are the central contact person for the management, specialist departments, IT, the manufacturer of the CRM system and the external service provider(s) commissioned.
- You coordinate, optimize, and update the CRM strategy, -goals, -processes, -developments and -enhancements of the used system for the areas Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
- You will manage the ongoing requirements and Change Managementsupporting the training process for the users of the CRM system.
- You take over the project management during the implementation of release changes and further developments of the CRM system
- You are responsible for the coordination and moderation of regular meetings as well as necessary coordination meetings
- You take over the ongoing documentation for the CRM system,
Budgeting and controlling are part of your daily work routine
What you bring with you
- You have an IT-related education, e.g. training as a data processing clerk, IT systems clerk, studies in business informatics or similar.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing as well as customer service and have already worked intensively with CRM systems, ideally as a Key User:in and/or Project Manager:in and assisted in CRM implementations.
- CRM systems interest you a lot, so your experience may even be vendor certified (e.g., from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals)
- You are enthusiastic and have experience with process orientation and IT Service Management and maybe even have a certification (e.g. ITIL Foundation, ITIL Expert or similar)
- For you, application development methods as well as agile Project Management no longer new territory, you may even have PMI, SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner, DevOps, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile or similar. Certifications
- You have experience in stakeholder management and the management of external service providers as well as in requirements and change management
- You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, empathy, communication skills, motivation, critical thinking skills, teamwork, willingness to learn, persuasiveness, assertiveness, hands-on mentality as well as a willingness to compromise and help others
- You have a very good command of German (at least C1, ideally C2) as well as a good to very good command of written and spoken English

Your tasks
- You take on the important task of preparing and following up on internal and external project deadlines
- In close coordination with the project management, you continuously plan, create and monitor resulting tasks
- Project Support:
- Organization according to classical and agile project methodology (PRINCE2, SCRUM, DEVOPS)
- Schedule coordination according to project planning
- Planning, coordination and execution of interviews within the scope of IST analyses and requirements surveys
- Planning, support and moderation of CRM workshops (strategy, requirements, etc.)
- Preparation of project accounts
- Implementation of project documentation
- Creation of user help and documentation
- Proofreading of specification and load books as well as tender documents
- Evaluation of offers within the framework of CRM tenders
- Support with general organizational and administrative issues
What you bring with you
- You have a degree in (information) technology, mathematics, natural sciences and/or business administration with a focus on marketing/sales/CRM or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 2 years of experience in CRM projects with focus on Sales, Marketing Automation and Customer Service
- You have at least 1 year of experience conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
- You ideally have experience in at least one professional CRM system
- You ideally have experience in active sales and sales processes
- You have CRM understanding with a focus on customer communication, Customer loyalty and/or social media
- You have a very good understanding and enthusiasm for digital topics and issues
- You bring an openness and affinity for new technologies and methods and deal with them independently
- Very good analytical, communication and conceptual skills
- Quick perception and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German as well as good to very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German and English
