The future CRM system will provide sustainable support for easy-bike-services in all key processes. These include central data management, simpler information exchange and a high degree of automation in sales processes.
With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales easy-bike-services has opted for a forward-looking and modular platform solution. In doing so, it is following the strategic direction of the parent company B.O.C.
MP Sales Consulting was commissioned to implement and customize the new CRM platform in spring 2022.
