Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) means key performance indicator. In business administration, key performance indicators refer to key figures with which a company can measure the progress or fulfillment of important goals it has set (example: the number of products sold in a month).

Key User

Key users are key users or main users of a software. In the context of a CRM introduction, the key user has the task of ensuring a smooth introduction and problem-free use by the other users. The key user is the first contact person within the company for questions regarding function and optimization.
