The term user experience (abbreviation UX, German literally 'Nutzererfahrung', better 'user experience' or 'Nutzungserlebnis') describes all aspects of a user's impressions and experience when interacting with a product, service, environment or facility. This also includes software and IT systems. The term User Experience is most often applied in the context of website or app design, but encompasses any kind of product interaction, including non-digital, physical use.
