Customer touchpoints are the points of contact between the customer and the company. Every moment when a potential customer comes into contact with a product or service, directly or indirectly, is a customer touchpoint. Possible customer touchpoints include all types of advertising, referrals, reviews, press releases, any direct contact in the store or on the phone, etc. The Customer Journey describes all touch points of a customer up to the point of purchase.
